Flame and Citron (2008); dir. Ole Christian Madsen

Good movie, sure. But I was led to believe that it would be awesome, and it was just sort of entertaining. All the underhanded dealings of the resistance fighters were so convoluted that I lost track of who was playing it straight and who was a double agent halfway through the film. I can only imagine it was worse in real life. The cinematography was stunning, though. And I finally “get” Mads Mikkelsen as a sex symbol.
